How to use
- Perform 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril twice a day (morning and evening).
- Tilt head to the side and administer solution in each nostril by gently and firmly pressing down on the nozzle for a brief moment.
- Blow nose.
- Wash nozzle after use.

Precautions for use :
